We cross-check HoYoverse official channels, HoYoLAB, and community wikis. If sources disagree, we say so.
Working codes are ordered by Primogem value, highest first. Codes marked Not verified yet are listed because a source has carried them at some point, but no source on our list confirms them today, or two of them disagree. They stay on the page in this state — we do not promote an unconfirmed code to Working and we do not delete the row.
People arrive here looking for genshin codes, genshin code redeem, genshin redeem code, genshin impact promo codes, genshin impact gift codes, or a genshin impact redeem code list. They are all the same promotional strings, redeemed on the same official page, so this one table is the list for all of them. How to actually use one is a separate walkthrough: how to redeem Genshin codes.
How we set a code's status
Every code on this page is checked once a day, against a fixed list of sources: HoYoverse's own announcements and community channels, community wikis, Chinese-language accounts that publish nothing but redeem codes for one game, and the code pages currently ranking in front of us for this search. Nothing outside that list counts as a source.
- Working — at least one of those sources currently carries the code as active, and none of them carries it as expired.
- Not verified yet — either no source on that list currently carries the code, or two of them disagree about it.
- Expired — a source on that list carries the code as expired, and none carries it as active.
Last checked is the last date a source on our list carried that code. It is not the date of our last pass — that date is the one in the line at the top of this page, and it is the same for every row, because we go through the whole list in one pass. A row whose date stops moving is a row that nothing out there is listing any more.
The date is shaded by how recent it is: near-black for today, mid grey for yesterday, lighter for two days ago, and barely-there grey after that. The paler the date, the longer nothing has carried the code. Rows that read Not seen are ones no source on our list has carried in any check we have a record of, so there is no date to age from and we do not invent one.
Ten days without a source. If no source on our list carries a code for more than ten days, the row drops out of Working into Not verified yet and picks up a Likely expired note. That happens automatically, not by hand. Ten days is our own threshold — HoYoverse publishes no such rule — and we would rather show a code as unconfirmed than keep calling it working on no evidence.
Nothing on this page was tested by redeeming it ourselves, so a code can still fail for reasons we cannot see from outside the game. Where a source does not state an expiry date, we say so rather than guess.
Expired codes
We keep expired codes instead of deleting them, because HoYoverse occasionally revives an old code and because you may want to check whether you already claimed one. Some of these are still printed as “active” on pages that were never updated; the sources named below are the ones that carry them as expired. Where a source does not state the exact expiry date, we say so rather than guess.
| Code | Expired on | Last checked | Reward | Source |

| Rekviem | 15–16 Sep 2026 | 100 Primogems + 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore | pockettactics.com lists it as expired but states no date. The Chinese-language code account behind Bilibili video BV1oxYd6BEbE (posted 12 Sep 2026) says it expired at noon on 15 Sep — we read that as UTC+8 because the account writes for a Chinese audience, and that timezone step is our inference, not its own words. The 16 Sep in this column is our own earlier record and we can no longer point to a source for it. The dates do not agree, so we are not picking a side. | |

How to redeem Genshin Impact codes
You need to be at least Adventure Rank 10, and your character has to be linked to your HoYoverse account through the User Center. Rewards arrive by in-game mail and the mail stays valid for 30 days by default, so claim it rather than leaving it in the mailbox.
PC and Android — official website
- Open the official redemption page at genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift and sign in with the account you play on.
- Pick your server from the dropdown. Codes are server-specific and will not validate on the wrong one.
- Type your in-game character nickname exactly as it appears.
- Paste the code and select Redeem.
- Wait for the “Redemption Successful” confirmation.
- Open the game, go to Mail, and claim the rewards.
PC and Android — in the game
- Open the Paimon menu and select Settings.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Select Redeem Code.
- Paste the code and press Exchange.
- Claim the rewards from your in-game Mail.
PlayStation 5
- Launch Genshin Impact on your PS5.
- Open Settings from the menu.
- Go to the Account tab and select Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and press Exchange.
- Claim the rewards from your in-game Mail.
iPhone and iPad: in-game redemption is not available on iOS. Use the official website instead, then claim the reward from the in-game Mail.
PlayStation players: if you have not created a HoYoverse account yet, create it from your PlayStation Genshin account settings first (Settings → Account → User Center). Creating it on the website first can stop the two from linking.
Why a Genshin redeem code fails
Work through these in order. Most failures are one of these six. If a code is failing for you right now, it is faster to match the words in the error message to the cause.
- Already redeemed
- Each code can only be used once per account, and the same character cannot use the same code twice. If you have claimed it before, it will keep failing even while the code is still live for everyone else.
- Expired
- The claim window has closed. Compare the code against the dated expired section above rather than against a page that has no update date.
- Adventure Rank below 10
- The redemption page will not accept a code before Adventure Rank 10. Finish a few quests and try again.
- Wrong server or wrong account
- You signed in to a different HoYoverse account, or picked a server your character is not on. The redemption preview shows the character nickname — check it before you submit.
- Some campaigns are issued as two separate code strings — one for the Chinese server and one for the global server — and they are not interchangeable. A string copied from Chinese-language coverage is usually the other server's version, so it keeps failing on a global account even while it is still live.
- Typo or a hidden space
- Codes are case-sensitive, and a trailing space pasted from a chat app is enough to break one. Copy the exact string and paste it into an empty field.
- Region or platform lock
- Some codes are tied to one server or one platform. The YuanShen code, for example, is for the Chinese server only and will never work on the global version.
Where Genshin codes come from, and when new ones drop
HoYoverse does not run a fixed weekly or monthly code schedule. Codes appear through a small number of channels, and the channel usually tells you how long the code will last.
- Version Special Programs (livestreams). Each new version gets a preview stream that drops three codes, typically worth 300 Primogems in total. These are the shortest-lived ones — the window is usually measured in days, so redeem them the same day.
- Official social channels. HoYoverse posts codes on its official X/Twitter and Facebook accounts and on HoYoLAB for milestones, follower counts, and community events.
- In-game mail and events. Some codes are delivered directly to your mailbox as part of an event. Note that version update compensation is not a code — the 7.1 update compensation went out by mail automatically, with nothing to redeem.
- Collaborations. Promotional partnerships produce one-off codes. BALLETCOLLAB in the table above came from a collaboration.
- Platform promotions. Storefront and subscription promotions have handed out codes in the past.
The practical routine: check on the day of a version Special Program and redeem immediately, then check again when the patch goes live in case a separate launch code was added. Any code you find on a page with no visible update date should be treated as unverified.
Codes are only one of the ways the game hands out Primogems. For the full picture — what pays, how much, and how often — see free Primogems in Genshin Impact.
The same list, for the other games we track
Same rules on every page: one row per code, a status we can defend, the reward, and the last date a source carried it. What changes between games is where a code is allowed to go in — and that difference is bigger than most people expect.
- Honkai Star Rail codes — Stellar Jade instead of Primogems, redeemed on a separate page or in the game. Livestream codes there live about a day, and the page explains why.
- Wuthering Waves codes — there is no redeem website at all for this one. Codes go in through the in-game box only, which is what most “code not working” searches there actually mean.
- Zenless Zone Zero codes — the ones that trip people up are not the codes but the two unlock gates on a fresh account, and a web route that fails before a code is ever typed.
- Honkai Impact 3rd codes — a different game from Star Rail, and the one where the server decides whether an otherwise valid code is worth anything.
- Raid: Shadow Legends codes — a Plarium game, and the one where the same code is refused on one route and accepted on the other. Most of its list turns out to be new-player codes with a one-per-account limit.
- Monopoly GO codes — there is no string to type here at all. The “codes” are dice links, and the page sorts the four ways a link fails to open.
- Nikke codes — the game where the codes are mostly time-gated, so a closed one and a fake one come back as the same message.
- Reverse: 1999 codes — the one with two different things both called a code, and only one of them is a gift from the developer.
- Blue Archive codes — a Nexon game, and the one where the hard part is not finding a code but knowing the game issues them at all. iOS and Android do not take the same route to the coupon box.
- AFK Journey codes — the one where two unrelated things are both called a code, and where the redeem box is two menus away from the letter that delivers the code.
- Umamusume codes — the global client shipped with the code box already built in and no codes to put in it, and this one warns that guessing costs you code privileges.
- Brown Dust 2 codes — one of the few games with two redeem routes, and the website one wants your nickname as well, which is where its failed redemptions come from.
- Sword of Convallaria codes — a page about what to do when a single source contradicts itself, showing a code that is listed as both new and expired.
- Whiteout Survival codes — a Century Games title, and the one where the official redemption page wants your kingdom as well as your character ID, a field most code lists never mention.
- Kingshot codes — the other Century Games title here, and the one where the official redemption centre asks for your kingdom too — while every code we can verify comes from a third-party page, because the developer's own accounts sit behind a login wall.
- AFK Arena codes — the fiddliest redemption of the lot: the gift page will not even show you a code box until you log in with a UID and a one-time verification code you fetch from the game's settings menu, and that code goes stale in minutes.
- Summoners War codes — the coupon exchange asks for one of six servers, and its phone route asks for the store market as well. A correct code in the wrong server is refused like a dead one.
- Infinity Nikki codes — a game whose code box sits inside the in-game phone menu, and the one where we say plainly that no code could be verified on the day we checked.
- Solo Leveling: Arise codes — the official redemption form asks for two different codes: your member code first, then the coupon code. Most lists mention only the second one.
- Dragon Ball Legends codes — only two codes are live, one of them states it ends the day we checked, and the promo page spends more space on characters that look alike than on anything else.
- Call of Duty redeem codes — the one where three different pages take three different kinds of code, and where the format alone gives away a fake.
- Roblox promo codes — the one where the live list is one shoulder pet, and where the two biggest lists in that search are now directories of per-game codes rather than promo codes at all.
- Pokémon GO promo codes — the one where the newest list and the list from four days earlier disagree about eight codes, and where the developer says every code is one-time use.
- Clash of Clans codes — the one where the developer’s store says a code is a gift somebody bought, claimable once, valid six months, and never claimable by the buyer.
Our Genshin pages stay on Genshin. This one is the Genshin code list and it keeps its own rules and its own daily check.
If the official redemption page itself is the thing refusing you — it will not sign you in, or it answers “too many requests” — that is a different problem from a dead code, and we answered the five questions players ask about it. If the message you are getting is that the code is already used up, or the redeem screen simply never finishes, those are three different failures and we sorted them here. And if the complaint is that every code you find is already dead, that has two causes and only one of them is the clock — we look at both of them here. If the game will not give you anywhere to type the code at all, the entry point is in a different place in every game — we put all of them on one page. And when a code is refused for something that is not the code — we sorted the three locks behind that refusal here. For the one message that covers several unrelated problems, we took the “invalid CD-key” refusal apart here. And if the “code” you found turns out not to be a redeem code at all, we split the four families apart here. If the question is whether you can type one in on a device you do not play on, that one is answered here.
Report a broken code
Codes die quietly. If one below has stopped working, or you find a live one we have missed, tell us and we will re-check it against the sources.
Email [email protected] with the code, the platform you tried it on, your server, the date, and the exact message the game gave you.
We do not ask you to log in, and there is no form to fill in. A plain email is enough.
Frequently asked questions
What are the active Genshin Impact codes right now?
The working table at the top of this page lists them, ordered by Primogem value. Each row shows the last date a source carried it and which source currently carries it, so you can see how fresh the entry is instead of trusting a single undated list.
How do I redeem a Genshin code on PC?
Either use the official redemption page at genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift, or open the in-game Paimon menu and go to Settings → Account → Redeem Code. Both routes send the reward to your in-game Mail.
Can I redeem a Genshin code on iPhone or iPad?
Not in the game. iOS does not expose the in-game redemption menu, so you have to use the official website on any browser and then claim the reward from the in-game Mail.
How do I redeem a Genshin code on PS5?
Launch the game, open Settings, go to the Account tab, select Redeem Code, enter the code, and press Exchange. If you have not linked a HoYoverse account yet, create it from your PlayStation account settings rather than on the website.
Why is my Genshin redeem code not working?
The usual causes are that the code has expired, that you already claimed it, that your Adventure Rank is below 10, that you selected the wrong server, or that a stray space got pasted along with the code. The full list is in the failure section above.
Do Genshin codes expire?
Yes. Livestream codes usually last only days. Others stay open far longer with no published end date, and HoYoverse can still switch any of them off without warning, which is why we date every row.
Is GENSHINGIFT still working?
It is the longest-running code in the game and it is still carried as active by the sources we check. The common reason it fails is that the account already claimed it, which is an account-history limit rather than the code expiring.
What is the difference between a Genshin redeem code and a Genshin Impact redeem code?
Nothing — people search for genshin codes, genshin redeem code, genshin code redeem and genshin impact redeem code when they mean the same thing. They are all the same promotional strings, redeemed on the same official page. This page covers all of those searches in one place.
Are promo codes, gift codes and redeem codes the same thing?
Yes. Genshin promo codes, gift codes, redeem codes and redemption codes are the same strings. Nothing about the code changes with the name — only the page you found it on does. A “redeem code list” and a “gift code list” are the same list, and the ones that disagree with each other usually disagree because they were written on different days, not because they cover different codes.
How often are new Genshin codes released?
There is no fixed schedule. The most predictable batch arrives with each version Special Program. Between those, codes turn up through official social channels, collaborations, and milestone events.
Why do some codes say “Not verified yet” instead of working or expired?
Because no source on our list confirms them today, or two of them disagree. A code can be listed as active on one page and as expired on another, and we would rather show that disagreement than pick a side. Those rows stay on the page until a source settles it.
