35 working codes right now

Source column shows who carries the code as live today. Last checked is the date we last opened that source and saw the code sitting on it — the same date on every row, because the whole list is gone through in one pass. It is not a claim that a source confirmed the code that day. The list we read was opened on 27 Sep 2026, and its own update line reads Sep 16, 2026, which is worth knowing when you judge how fresh any of this is. Nothing here was tested by redeeming it ourselves, so a code can still fail for reasons we cannot see from outside the game.

Most of the list above is new-player codes, and you only get one

This is the part that surprises people, and it is the reason a code that reads as live can be refused outright. Of the 35 codes we can currently show as working, only 3 are ordinary promo codes that any account can take. The other 32 sit in a separate bracket: the source prints them under a heading that says you can use one per account. That is the source's own rule, not ours.

So a page that says “35 working codes” and stops there is telling you the truth and leaving out the useful half. If you have already claimed a new-player code on your account, the rest of that bracket will be refused no matter how recently it was posted, and no amount of re-typing will change it.

The practical read: work the small group at the top of the table first. Those are the ones with no one-per-account restriction attached to them.

“This promo code is available on a different platform”

This is the error that sends most mobile players looking for a fresher list, and the code is usually fine. A player reporting it inside the game, on Android, in the thread we track:

“Mobile promo code not recognizing mobile”

“It says ‘sorry, this promo code is available on a different platform’”

The answer the thread settled on is a route change rather than a code change, and it is short:

“redeem it on the website and you will bypass the problem”

The two routes exist in parallel, and neither one is a fallback for a broken game — they are both official. Which one you are on decides what the error message means.

Four reasons a Raid promo code is refused

Once you have ruled out the route, what is left is the code's relationship to your account. In the threads we follow, the same four causes come up over and over, and three of them have nothing to do with the code being old.

1. The code was not issued to you

“If you did not receive this code in a direct promotional email from Plarium, it will likely show up as invalid.”

Some of these codes are addressed. If it was not sent to you, it can be refused even though it is printed as live on a code page.

2. This device has already taken a new-player code

“It also didnt work on my new alt account. I assume its because this device is alredy used for playing raid. Try on a completely fresh device, I bet it will work.”

That is the one-per-account bracket above, seen from the other side. A new account on a device that has already claimed one is not a fresh start as far as the code is concerned.

3. The code is not switched on yet

“the 1weekgift promo code wasn't enabled until after I had been playing for a week.”

Some codes open on a timer tied to how long the account has existed, so they read as invalid on day one and start working later. That is the only one of the four where waiting is the fix.

4. The account itself is barred

“If you bought a bot account, Promo Codes will not work on it.”

Worth knowing because it is the one case where nothing on this page, and nothing on any other code page, will help.

How to redeem a Raid promo code

Both routes are official, and the one that works for you may be the one you have not tried.

On the website

1. Open the Raid promo code redemption page.
2. Enter your player ID.
3. Type or paste the code.
4. Confirm, then check your in-game mail.

Inside the game

1. Launch Raid: Shadow Legends.
2. Complete the tutorial if the account is new.
3. Tap the three-lined button on the left of the screen.
4. Choose Promo codes.
5. Enter the code and confirm.

This is also the answer to the second half of the problem. Players who cannot find the box at all are usually looking for it in the settings menu; it is not there. It is behind the three-lined button on the left-hand side of the main screen.

Expired Raid: Shadow Legends codes

We keep expired codes instead of deleting them, because you may want to check whether you already claimed one, and because a code that reads expired on one page is often still printed as live on a page that was never updated. Where a source does not state the exact expiry date, we say so rather than guess.

The source does not publish an expiry date for its expired entries, so the column above says so rather than inventing one. These 6 are the first 6 on the source's own expired list, in the order it prints them. We have not copied its full archive — that list runs to well over a hundred strings, and a wall of long-dead codes pushes the ones that work off the first screen.

How we set a code's status

• Working — at least one source on our list carries the code as live, and none carries it as expired.
• Not verified yet — no source on the list carries it, or two of them disagree.
• Expired — a source on the list carries it as expired, and none carries it as live.

Our source list is fixed: the developer's own announcements and community channels, the in-game redemption menu, and the code pages currently ranking in front of us for this search. Nothing outside that list counts. On this page the readable source today was pockettactics.com's Raid promo code list, opened on 27 Sep 2026. The developer's own channels and the game's wiki were both checked and carried no code list we could read.

Two codes are marked Not verified yet for a specific reason: the source carries them twice — once as a live code and once in its own expired list. Rather than pick the answer we liked, we show them as unconfirmed and say so in the row.

Last checked is the last date a source on our list carried that code, so it is not the date of our last pass — that one is in the line at the top of this page, and it is the same for every row. The date is shaded by how recent it is: near-black for today, mid grey for yesterday, lighter for two days ago, barely-there grey after that. A row whose date stops moving is a row nothing out there is listing any more.

Ten days without a source. If no source on our list carries a code for more than ten days, the row drops out of Working into Not verified yet and picks up a Likely expired note. That happens automatically, not by hand. Ten days is our own threshold — the developer publishes no such rule — and we would rather show a code as unconfirmed than keep calling it working on no evidence.
