Why the number at the top says 5 and this table has 7 rows: those two numbers answer two different questions. 5 is how many codes we can stand behind as working today. 7 is how many codes a source on our list currently carries at all. The other two are held by two sources that contradict each other — one says live, one says the window closed — and our rule for that is to report the disagreement rather than resolve it. Last checked is the date we last ran this page against its sources, not the date a code was issued. Nothing on this page was tested by redeeming it ourselves; we do not redeem codes.

The two codes our sources will not agree on

Most code lists paper over a disagreement by printing whichever half they saw first. We would rather show you the disagreement, because both of these are codes you may well be about to paste.

INS400K is the clearer of the two. It came from the developer directly: the official Whiteout Survival accounts posted it on Facebook, Instagram and Threads with an explicit window — valid until October 13, 23:59 (UTC+0). That window has closed. Two third-party code pages we check, gamesradar.com and wostools.net, were both still printing it as live when we last looked. An official expiry and a live listing cannot both be right, and we are not going to pretend we know which page will update first.

THXTeacher is a plain disagreement between two third parties. The community wiki prints it under Active Codes; the code page prints it under expired. Neither is the developer, and neither has published a date we can use to break the tie.

This is the same rule we apply across every game on the site: when the sources disagree, we report the disagreement instead of resolving it. Marking either of these Working would be us picking the half we preferred. Marking them Expired would be the same thing in the other direction.

The one field most code pages never mention

Almost every Whiteout Survival code list on the web tells you to enter your Player ID and stops there. We opened the developer's own redemption page on 14 Oct 2026 and read the form. It asks for three things, not two:

• Your character ID — the page tells you to find it by tapping your avatar in the top-left corner in the game and opening the lord screen.
• Your kingdom — the second field, and the one the other lists leave out. The page points you at the same avatar, and this time you are reading the kingdom the character sits in, not the ID.
• The code itself — typed into the third box.

The page is written in Chinese, it is the only official redemption route for this game, and it is not indexed as a code list — it carries no codes at all. That is the whole reason this detail goes missing: a code page that copies another code page never sees the form.

One more thing the page says, which matters if a code is refused: rewards land in your in-game mailbox, not in your inventory. If a redemption goes through and you cannot find the reward, open the mail before you conclude the code was dead.

Expired Whiteout Survival codes

We keep expired codes instead of deleting them, because you may want to check whether you already claimed one, and because a code that reads expired here is often still printed as live on a page that was never updated. Where the source does not state an expiry date, we say so rather than guess.

The code page does not publish an expiry date for its expired entries, so the column above says so rather than inventing one. These are the expired codes it prints in full, in the order it prints them, with one exception: THXTeacher appears on its expired list, but the community wiki still prints that code as active, so it sits in the table at the top of this page as contested rather than here. GAECHEONJEOL is a lesser version of the same problem — one page outside our list still calls it live — and it stays in this table because no source on our list does.

How to redeem a Whiteout Survival code

There are two routes, and they want different things from you. The web route is the only one that works on every platform.

On the developer's redemption page — three fields, in this order:

1. Open the official redemption page in a browser.
2. Enter your character ID. Find it in the game by tapping your avatar in the top-left corner and opening the lord screen.
3. Enter your kingdom. Same screen, and this is the field the other lists leave out.
4. Enter the code, exactly as written. These codes are case-sensitive.
5. Confirm the redemption, then open your in-game mailbox for the rewards.

On Android, there is a second route that skips the website entirely: tap your avatar in the top-left corner, open the settings menu, and look for the gift code button. The code goes in there and the reward still arrives by mail.

Enter one code at a time. Pasting several into the box will fail, and the failure reads the same as a dead code. If a code is refused, the page reports it as expired rather than as a typo, so a mistyped code and a dead code are easy to confuse.

Why a Whiteout Survival code gets refused

Four reasons, and only the first one means the code was never going to work.

• The code is old. Most of these are tied to a milestone, a festival or a creator partnership, and the window is short — often weeks. The list above exists precisely because a code that is dead here is still printed as live elsewhere.
• A furnace level gate. Several codes on this game only apply once your furnace has reached a set level, and the reward text names the level. If you are below it, the code is refused even though it is perfectly real.
• The wrong kingdom. This is the one the other lists cannot warn you about, because they never ask you for a kingdom at all. The official page wants the kingdom the character is in, not just the character ID.
• A typo. These codes mix upper and lower case and run letters into digits. A real code typed wrong comes back looking exactly like a code that never existed.

The practical advice that follows is boring but true: copy the string rather than retyping it, check the reward text for a furnace requirement before you assume the code is dead, and treat any list that shows you a code from months ago without a status as a list that is not checking.

How we set a code's status

• Working — at least one source on our list carries the code as active, and none carries it as expired.
• Not verified yet — no source on the list carries it, or two of them disagree.
• Expired — a source on the list carries it as expired, and none carries it as active.

Our source list is fixed: the developer's own announcements and community channels, community wikis, Chinese-language accounts that publish nothing but redeem codes for one game, and the code pages currently ranking in front of us for this search. Nothing outside that list counts. On this page the sources we opened on 14 Oct 2026 were the developer's own redemption page, the community wiki whiteoutsurvival.wiki, and the code pages gamesradar.com and wostools.net. Only the first of those is the developer; the other three are third parties, and the rows say so.

Ninety days. A source whose own last update is more than ninety days old is treated as carrying no information today. That is why the developer's own February 2026 video for gogoWOS does not by itself keep that row alive: the row is live because a current code page carries it, and the video is context. Ninety days is our own threshold — the developer publishes no such rule.

Last checked is the date we last ran this page against its sources, so it is not the date a code was issued and not the date of a source's last edit. The date is shaded by how recent it is: near-black for today, mid grey for yesterday, lighter for two days ago, barely-there grey after that.

We do not redeem codes ourselves. Every status on this page is read from a source, never from an account we control. Codes are single-use and can stop working at any time.
