Zenless Zone Zero Codes

6 expired, kept on the page · every code looked at

These are Zenless Zone Zero codes, not Genshin or Star Rail codes — they redeem on their own page and pay Polychrome. We do not guarantee that every code below still works: codes are single-use per account and can be switched off without notice. Genshin Impact codes are here.

Source column shows who carries the code as active today. Last checked is the date we last opened those sources and looked — it is the same date on every row because the whole list is gone through in one pass. It is not a claim that a source confirmed the code that day. Both sources were opened on 26 Sep 2026. Nothing here was tested by redeeming it ourselves, so a code can still fail for reasons we cannot see from outside the game.

The code you saw posted as new is probably in the dead pile

ZZZ codes do not come from one place. They arrive through the version livestreams, through birthday and milestone posts on the game's social accounts, and through in-game events, which is why a thread that collects them looks complete and is not. We track what those posts announce and then re-check it against the code pages we read, and the pattern is blunt: by the time a batch is easy to find, most of it is already over.

A two-column diagram. On the left, four codes posted publicly as new codes: ZZZSEASON3, ROSCAELIFER0617, ZZZSTEAM and ZZZ25MINA. Arrows from all four point to a single box on the right labelled the expired pile. A fifth code, ZZZGRIND32, is shown on its own going to a box labelled still working, which is the only survivor of that batch.
Four of the codes we saw announced as new are carried as expired now. One from the same stretch of posts is still active. There is no way to tell which is which from the post alone — that is what the status column on this page is for.
Code Seen posted as Where it is now Source today
ZZZSEASON3 A new code Expired pockettactics.com, expired list
ROSCAELIFER0617 A new code Expired pockettactics.com, expired list
ZZZSTEAM A new code Expired pockettactics.com, expired list
ZZZ25MINA A new code Expired pockettactics.com, expired list
ZZZGRIND32 A new code Still working pockettactics.com · the community wiki, still listed as active

One more thing about those older posts: a code that has already been claimed is not always refused. Players in the threads we follow describe the other behaviour — the site takes the code and then mails you that you have already claimed it. That is why trying an old code is cheap, and why “it went through” is not proof that you gained anything.

The real complaint is not the codes, it is not knowing which are alive

The most-engaged thread we follow on this game is not asking for more codes. It is players discovering that a list they had already worked through still had something left on it. From that thread, quoted as written:

“Thanks! I cant believe I haven't gotten any of these!!!”

“Yeah I thought I was pretty upto date on the codes but I still got 100 primos so I'm happy I did them anyway.”

The conclusion the thread reaches is to stop trusting any single list and try everything: “I guess no harm in just using all codes whenever you see them just in case.” That works, and it is also why a list with no status on it stays useless. Our answer is the column above: every code gets a state and a date, and the date is allowed to go stale when nothing out there is carrying the code any more.

When the web page refuses you, the code is not the problem

The redemption site is a second place a redeem can fail, and it fails before any code is involved. One player, in the threads we track:

“Same thing, i can login via hoyolab and everything, but when you try to claim promocode you get ‘too many requests’ … but i can login via hoyolab app. just the browser issue…”

Read that carefully, because it separates two problems that look identical on screen. If the page will not sign you in or answers with a rate-limit message, the route is broken for you and no code will help. If the page accepts the code and the game then says it is used up, the code is the problem. The in-game box is the route that does not go through the browser at all, and it is the first thing to try. We collected the questions players ask about the failing redemption page here.

How to redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes

Before the code matters, two unlocks matter. A fresh account can be holding a perfectly valid code and have nowhere to type it.

A gate diagram. The first gate is the prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness, which unlocks the mailbox and the code redemption function. The second gate is Inter-Knot Level 5. Past both gates the path splits into two routes: the official redemption website, which is for Global servers, and the in-game route through Menu then More then Redemption Code. Both routes deliver the reward to the in-game mailbox.
Both gates are on the account, not on the code. If the redemption box is missing from your menu, you have not finished the first gate — and no code list can fix that.

Route 1 — the official redemption website

  1. Finish the prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness so the mailbox and code redemption unlock.
  2. Reach Inter-Knot Level 5.
  3. Open the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption page at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption.
  4. Sign in with the HoYoverse account your game is bound to, and pick the server your character is on.
  5. Paste the code and submit, then claim the reward from the in-game mailbox.

This route is for the Global servers. If you play on the Chinese server, use the in-game route below.

Route 2 — in the game, from the menu

  1. Open the menu from the icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Choose More, then Redemption Code.
  3. Type or paste the code and confirm.
  4. Claim the reward from the in-game mailbox — it does not land in your inventory by itself.

This is the route that works on every platform, and the only one for players on servers the website does not serve.

Expired Zenless Zone Zero codes

We keep expired codes instead of deleting them, because you may want to check whether you already claimed one, and because a code that reads “expired” on one page is often still printed as active on a page that was never updated. Neither source states an exact expiry date for these, so the column says so rather than guessing.

Code Expired on Last checked Reward Source
ZZZSEASON3 Not stated by source 50 Polychrome pockettactics.com lists it as expired
ROSCAELIFER0617 Not stated by source 30 Polychrome pockettactics.com lists it as expired
ZZZSTEAM Not stated by source 60 Polychrome + 2 W-Engine Energy Modules + 2 Senior Investigator Logs + 6,666 Denny pockettactics.com lists it as expired
ZZZ25MINA Not stated by source 60 Polychrome + 6,666 Denny pockettactics.com lists it as expired
ZZZ31REMIELLE Not stated by source 60 Polychrome + 6,666 Denny pockettactics.com lists it as expired
FLINTWORKS Not stated by source 300 Polychrome + 30,000 Denny + 2 Senior Investigator Logs + 3 W-Engine Energy Modules pockettactics.com lists it as expired

One line from the source is worth repeating: pockettactics.com states that the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 livestream code has expired. Livestream codes are the ones people search for, and none of them survive on the working table above. We have not listed the larger historical archive the source keeps — a wall of long-dead codes pushes the four that work off the first screen.

How we set a code's status

Our source list is fixed: the developer's own announcements and community channels, the in-game redemption menu, and the code pages currently ranking in front of us for this search. Nothing outside that list counts. On this page the two readable sources today were pockettactics.com and the community wiki's Redemption Code entry, both opened on 26 Sep 2026. Where they disagree, the row says so instead of picking a side.

Last checked is the last date a source on our list carried that code, so it is not the date of our last pass — that one is in the line at the top of this page, and it is the same for every row. The date is shaded by how recent it is: near-black for today, mid grey for yesterday, lighter for two days ago, barely-there grey after that. A row whose date stops moving is a row nothing out there is listing any more.

Ten days without a source. If no source on our list carries a code for more than ten days, the row drops out of Working into Not verified yet and picks up a Likely expired note. That happens automatically, not by hand. Ten days is our own threshold — the developer publishes no such rule — and we would rather show a code as unconfirmed than keep calling it working on no evidence.

Frequently asked questions

What are the active Zenless Zone Zero codes right now?

The table at the top of this page lists the four codes carried as active by the sources we check, with the reward and the date we last looked. It is re-checked every day.

Are the Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 livestream codes still working?

No. The source we check states plainly that the 3.2 livestream code has expired. Livestream codes for this game are the shortest-lived ones, so a livestream code is something to spend the same evening rather than save.

Why does the redemption box not appear in my menu?

Because it is not unlocked yet. The code redemption function and the mailbox unlock together when you complete the prologue mission Business x Strangeness x Justness, and the game also asks for Inter-Knot Level 5. Both gates are on your account, not on the code you are holding.

Why does a code say it has already been redeemed?

Because it has been used on that account already, or because someone else got there first — codes are single-use and have a usage limit. One player in the threads we follow notes that the site will still accept a code you have already claimed and then mail you to say so, which is why an accepted redeem is not proof that anything was gained.

Is there a Zenless Zone Zero redeem code website?

Yes, at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption, and it is for the Global servers. If the site will not sign you in, or answers with a rate-limit message, the in-game route is the one to use instead.

Why do ZZZ codes come from social posts instead of one page?

Because that is how they are issued here: version livestreams, birthday and milestone posts on the game's accounts, and in-game events. No single place collects all of them, which is exactly the gap this page is built to close.

Are Zenless Zone Zero codes the same as Genshin or Star Rail codes?

No. They are different strings, they redeem on different pages, and they pay different currencies — Polychrome here, Primogems in Genshin, Stellar Jade in Star Rail. A code from one game will not work in another. Our Genshin Impact list is here.

How often do new Zenless Zone Zero codes come out?

There is no fixed schedule. The predictable batches arrive with each version livestream and with anniversary and milestone events. Between those, codes turn up through official social posts and in-game events.
